Kristel Van Ael
ABOUT
Kristel is one of the partners at Namahn, where she focuses mainly on strategic design and knowledge development. Kristel constantly develops new methods and tools. She is the lead author of the Service Design Toolkit (www.servicedesigntoolkit.org) and the Systemic Design Toolkit (www.systemicdesigntoolkit.org). Kristel also teaches at Antwerp University as co-teacher in product-service-system design and lead teacher in systemic design (UA – product development).
