Interviewing is a very important user research method, and one that most of us will use most of the time. But it isn’t the best method for all situations: when you can’t get time to sit and talk; when you have more people than time; when the activity you’re learning about takes longer than an interview slot; or when being creative will be more effective than talking.

Join this half-day workshop to learn (and practice) some new methods for user research, and improve your research practice.

Donna has been working in information architecture, user experience design and strategy for a very long time. She’s been teaching IA and UX for more than 10 years and has written 3 books. She’s now working at Readify where she’s helping create the design practice.
